Ingredients to make Supreme Chicken Parmesan
6 lg Chicken thighs (about 1-1/2-pounds), skinned, boned
1/3 c All-purpose flour
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1/2 c Milk
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c Dry bread crumbs
2 tb Olive or vegetable oil
1 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
2 1/2 c Spaghetti sauce
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese

Sauced Root Beer Chicken – This simple, sauced root beer chicken recipe is overflowing with fabulous flavor. Your choice for the cut of chicken to be used, and can be all oven baked, or first baked and finished on the BBQ. An easy chicken recipe thats scrumptious!

Ingredients to make Sauced Root Beer Chicken
3 pounds of chicken
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup root beer
1 cup catsup
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce
3 Tablespoons light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Directions to make Sauced Root Beer Chicken
Prehat the oven to 350. Coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken pieces in baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until no pink remains in the chicken and juices run clear.
In medium saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 minutes until reduced by half.
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Coat the cooked chicken with the sauce and grill for 5 minutes per side, basting frequently with the remaining sauce. Serve with the remaining sauce for dipping.
If no grill is available, you can cover the cooked chicken with the prepared sauce and bake uncovered another 10 minutes until the sauce is sticky.
