Ingredients To Make Basil Baked Chicken Breast Recipe:

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 8 (2.5 lbs)
Low-fat yogurt - 3/4 cup
Cornstarch - 2 tsp
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Fresh basil - 1/2
Grated parmesan cheese - 2 tbsps

Preheat oven to 375.

Place the chicken breasts side by side in a baking dish.

Mix lowfat yogurt, basil and starch. Then spread over the chicken.

Sprinkle the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese over the chicken.

Bake the chicken at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes. Until the chicken is cooked.

Ingredients to make Supreme Chicken Parmesan

6 lg Chicken thighs (about 1-1/2-pounds), skinned, boned
1/3 c All-purpose flour
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1/2 c Milk
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c Dry bread crumbs
2 tb Olive or vegetable oil
1 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
2 1/2 c Spaghetti sauce
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions to make Supreme Chicken Parmesan

Step 1:Pound chicken between waxed paper or plastic wrap to about V4-inch thickness. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Coat chicken with flour mixture.
Step 2:Mix milk and egg. Dip chicken into milk mixture; coat with bread crumbs. Heat oven to 375.
Step 3:Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until hot. Cook chicken in oil, turning once, until golden brown (add oil to skillet if necessary). Place chicken in ungreased rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches with mozzarella cheese. Pour spaghetti sauce over cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Ingredients to make Unfried Buffalo Wings

3/4 cup flour
5 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
20 chicken wings
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup hot pepper sauce

Directions to make Unfried Buffalo Wings

Step 1:Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and lightly grease with cooking spray. Place the flour, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt into a resealable plastic bag, and shake to mix. Add the chicken wings, seal, and toss until well coated with the flour mixture. Place the wings onto the prepared baking sheet, and place into the refrigerator. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Step 2:Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
Step 3:Whisk together the melted butter and hot sauce in a small bowl. Dip the wings into the butter mixture, and place back on the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven until the chicken is no longer pink in the center, and crispy on the outside, about 45 minutes. Turn the wings over halfway during cooking so they cook evenly.

Ingredients to make Buttermilk Breaded Chicken Cutlets

1 pound chicken breast cutlets, thinly sliced
1 cup buttermilk, divided
1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup plus 2 teaspoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup chicken broth

Directions to make Buttermilk Breaded Chicken Cutlets

Step 1:Coat chicken in 1/2 cup buttermilk. Dredge through cornmeal mixed with 1/4 cup flour, salt, and pepper.
Step 2:Heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium-high heat. Add half of chicken and cook, turning once, until cooked throughout, about 6 minutes total. Repeat with remaining chicken. Remove chicken from pan.
Step 3:dd remaining 2 teaspoons flour and cook, stirring, 1 minute. Whisk broth and 1/2 cup remaining buttermilk into pan drippings. Simmer, stirring, 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve gravy ladled over chicken.

Step 1:Dip chicken pieces in flour then beaten eggs and then in crumb mixture.
Step 2:Bake in hot oven 425 F about 25 minutes.
