Basil Chicken Breast Recipe

This fresh basil and chicken breast recipe is not only an oven baked sensation, it can be cooked on the BBQ as well! As quick and easy as can be, this healthy chicken!
Ingredients To Make Basil Baked Chicken Breast Recipe:
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 8 (2.5 lbs)
Low-fat yogurt - 3/4 cup
Cornstarch - 2 tsp
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Fresh basil - 1/2
Grated parmesan cheese - 2 tbsps
Preheat oven to 375.
Place the chicken breasts side by side in a baking dish.
Mix lowfat yogurt, basil and starch. Then spread over the chicken.
Sprinkle the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese over the chicken.
Bake the chicken at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes. Until the chicken is cooked.

6 lg Chicken thighs (about 1-1/2-pounds), skinned, boned
1/3 c All-purpose flour
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1/2 c Milk
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c Dry bread crumbs
2 tb Olive or vegetable oil
1 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
2 1/2 c Spaghetti sauce
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
